Resistance Guide

QUICK TIP

The higher the resistance, the more assistance the band provides. If you are working toward your first pull-up, start with the Green or Purple band. As you get stronger, gradually progress to lighter bands.

How to Use

  1. 1

    Inspect the band.

Check the band for cracks, tears or visible damage before every use.

  2. 2

    Secure the band.

Loop the band over a stable pull-up bar and pull one end through the other until it is firmly attached.

  3. 3

    Test the attachment.

Pull down gently to confirm that the band and bar are secure.

  4. 4

    Position your body.

Carefully place one knee or foot inside the bottom loop. Ask someone to help control the band if needed.

  5. 5

    Perform the pull-up.

Grip the bar firmly and use a slow, controlled movement. The band will reduce part of your body weight.

  6. 6

    Progress gradually.

As you become stronger, move to a lighter band for less assistance.

If you are working toward your first pull-up, begin with the Green or Purple band. Choose the level that allows you to perform controlled repetitions with proper form.

Only combine bands if the product instructions specifically allow it. Each band must be inspected and securely attached before use. If you are unsure, use a single band with a higher assistance level or contact Noorbac Support.

Either position may be used. Choose the position that feels most stable and controlled. Use assistance when placing your foot into a stretched band.

Move to a lighter band when you can complete your repetitions with controlled form and no longer need the same level of assistance.

What It's For

The Noorbac Peanut Massage Ball is designed for controlled self-massage around areas such as the upper back, shoulders, glutes and feet. Its center groove helps reduce direct pressure on sensitive areas while allowing the two sides to contact surrounding muscles.

How to Use

  1. 1

    Choose a stable surface.

Use the ball on the floor or against a wall. Beginners should start against a wall for easier pressure control.

  2. 2

    Position the ball.

Place the target muscle area against the ball. Avoid placing it directly over the spine, joints, bones or injured areas.

  3. 3

    Apply gentle pressure.

Slowly lean into the ball until you feel firm but comfortable pressure.

  4. 4

    Move gradually.

Use small, controlled movements instead of rolling quickly.

  5. 5

    Pause and breathe.

Remain on a tight area briefly while breathing slowly. Do not continue if you feel sharp pain, numbness or tingling.
